- $50 Deposit: Secure your vendor table with a non-refundable deposit of $50 today for each table, with the remaining $200 for each table due at least 45 days prior to the show. This option allows you to reserve your spot now and pay the balance later, giving you financial flexibility. Deposit holders will receive separate instructions on how to pay their remaining balance.
- $250 Upfront: Prefer to pay in full upfront? You can secure your vendor table with a one-time payment of $250 each. This option ensures your spot is confirmed immediately, with no additional payments required.

We’re thrilled to have you join The Crown Jewel Card Show as exhibitors! To ensure a smooth and compliant experience, please be aware of the required documentation that must be submitted to the State of Rhode Island Division of Taxation. Below are the essential forms that need to be printed, filled out, and brought to the show:
- Rhode Island Temporary Sales Permit Application:
- This document is crucial for vendors participating in the event. Please download, print, and complete the Rhode Island Temporary Sales Permit Application. Ensure that all relevant information is accurately provided.
- Rhode Island Sales Tax Slip:
- Vendors are required to submit the Rhode Island Sales Tax Slip. Kindly download, print, and complete the form, ensuring that all necessary details are filled in accurately.
- Exhibitor Space Contract:
- The Exhibitor Space Contract is a key document for reserving and securing your space at The Crown Jewel Card Show. Please download, print, and carefully fill out the contract, making sure all details are accurate and complete.
Submission Instructions:
- Bring the completed forms along with you to the event. Our team will assist in facilitating the submission process to the State of Rhode Island Division of Taxation.
